Charles J Miller founded NgenX Energy in 2018 after a long career in the energy sector. A problem solver at heart, Mr. Miller launched his career in the nuclear energy sector and then spent several years in the industrial automation sector with Invensys and ABB and approximately 10 years with Johnson Controls leading engineering resources in their energy efficiency business. After launching a renewables energy business and managing a controlled environments business for Philadelphia based UGI, Mr. Miller was tasked at deploying capital for WGL Energy and ultimately brought all of his past experiences together to form NgenX Energy. 

Mr. Milhollan started out years ago with Chuck in the nuclear energy sector, and is pleased to rejoin him as Director of Commercial Operations for NgenX Energy. Having an extensive background in commercial contracting, technology licensing, and strategic alliances, mainly in energy systems and alternative energy, Tom will apply a people-first approach to help NgenX translate our customers' vision into results. With over 30 years of commercial and operational experience, Mr. Milhollan oversees NgenX's commercial operations and strategic partnerships.

Mr. Sizemore brings over 25 years of construction management experience to NgenX joining us from Pennoni Engineering where he lead the construction of over 500K Square Feet of Indoor Grow space for companies like Harvest Health, Truelieve, and the St. Louis Cannabis Corporation. James spent a portion of his career with Whiting Turner and brings an extensive background of construction management best practices to the NgenX team.
